Shipping, sizing and returns
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday leave our studio the same day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days, express arrives the next working day, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements, not just body measurements. Our linen and knitwear are cut relaxed, so if you are between sizes we usually suggest the smaller one. Still unsure? Send us your height and usual size and a stylist will reply within a day.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. Clothing and accessories can be returned unworn with their tags within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Start a return from your account, print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any collection point.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We can change a size, colour or delivery address for about an hour after you order. Reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form and we will update it before it is packed.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to most of Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.

Ingredients, accounts and paying
Is your skincare suitable for sensitive skin?
Our creams, serums and cleansers are fragrance-free, alcohol-free and tested on sensitive skin under dermatological supervision. We still suggest a small patch test on the inside of your arm before the first full use.
What ingredients do you leave out?
No synthetic fragrance, essential oils, drying alcohols, sulphates or parabens. Each formula is built around a handful of proven actives such as niacinamide, ceramides, squalane and oat, listed in full on the pack.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are encrypted and we never store your card details.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the “Coupon” field in your basket or at checkout and press apply. One code can be used per order, and gift cards can be combined with any offer.
Can I save pieces to a wish list?
Tap the heart on any product to keep it in your wish list. Sign in to your account and your list follows you from phone to laptop, and we will let you know when a saved size comes back.
